Megan Kelley
Prior to heading off to college, Megan was involved with Acting Up since its inception, including: as a Co-Choreographer for Footloose the Musical and Thoroughly Modern Millie (for which she received an Orchid Award for Excellence in Choreography), “Cha Cha” in Grease, Assistant Choreographer in Once on this Island, and an Ensemble member in The Wizard of Oz (2005 production).
Megan had also been the captain of her Varsity Dance Team. She has been dancing for the past 12 years in ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, hip-hop, and modern. She was a member of a competition team at Star Performance Centre for 7 years. She was awarded “Grand Champion” at the 2008 Dance USA Competition tap/musical theater solo, and qualified for a place on Team USA for the World Competition in Italy.
When she’s not dancing or studying for school, Megan teaches dance classes to children ages 3-11.
