I know the information on a subject webpage has changed (e.g., someone told me), but the new text/info is not showing up on my computer screen. How do I view the revised webpage.

The old files / images may be cached in your browser's memory. Try "refreshing" your screen. For example, if using Internet Explorer, click on "View" from the toolbar, and then "Refresh". If this doesn't work, you may need to empty the browser's cache. To do so, take the following steps, depending on the browser you are using:

  • Internet Explorer. Select: Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies > Clear History > OK
  • Firefox.
    • Select: Tools > Clear Private Data > (be sure "Browsing History", "Cache", and "Authenticated Sessions" are checked) > Clear Private Data Now; or
    • Select: Preferences > Advanced > Network > Clear Now

  • Safari. Select: Safari > Empty Cache
  • Other Browsers. Go to your "Help" menu and search "empty cache" for directions.

Why won't the email links work for me?

The e-mail links on this website work with (at least) Microsoft Outlook and Mac Mail. If you use a different e-mail program, you may experience trouble. If you are having trouble with the e-mail links, merely open up your usual e-mail program and enter the following address to send your message: ActingUp@ActingUp.com

Why am I having trouble seeing / downloading documents (e.g., Audition Form, Patron Form, etc.) from the website?

These documents are typically in .pdf format. You need to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view .pdf documents. This program is free and can be downloaded by clicking here: Adobe Reader - free download
