Thank you for auditioning! We want to acknowledge the courage it takes to step in front of a group of strangers and perform. That’s no small feat, and each of you should be incredibly proud of what you’ve accomplished. The level of talent we’ve seen throughout this process has truly impressed us. We would love to cast all of you! Unfortunately, due to the limited space on stage, we are unable to cast everyone in this production. If you were not selected and would like feedback from the directing team to help you prepare for future auditions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We hope to see you at auditions again soon! We are going to have a ton of fun rehearsing and performing this show! You'll have a great time, make new friends, and you'll allow others who may be directing future shows to get to know you and see what you can do. Whether you realize it or not, every show is an audition for future shows. We can’t wait to start rehearsals! |

Confirm Acceptance of Your Role
See below for the list of cast members. The songs that you will be singing will be announced by 11/22. Please confirm whether you accept or decline your role by e-mailing us by 11/26 at [email protected]
It is important that you provide the following information in your e-mail:
● Subject header: Cast List Confirmation
● Name. Your name.
● Accept/Decline. Whether you accept or decline your role in this show.
● Approval. Please provide your approval that your contact information (from the database) can be included in a cast directory that will be provided to all cast members and the Production Team.
Performances
We will have 3 evening performances: Thursday, Feb 6, Friday, Feb 7 and Saturday, Feb 8. Cast members must be available for all 3 performances!
Conflicts
All cast members were required to report all conflicts as part of the audition process. All conflicts should already be in the AU Database, which is used to track excused absences. If you wrote your conflicts on your audition form, please be sure those conflicts are entered into the database when you accept your role. Any additional conflicts will be considered unexcused, but should still be entered into the database. Rehearsals are expected to be Mon- Thurs 6:30-9:00 and Sundays 2-5, from Dec 2 - Feb 5. We do not plan on having rehearsals Dec 23-Jan 2. You will not be called for all of these rehearsals, but we hope to schedule around excused conflicts as much as possible.

- Attendees: All cast members and at least one parent or guardian
- Where: Acting Up, 108 E. Church Street, Mason
- Purpose:
- First full cast rehearsal and meet & greet
- Receive Info: Receive important information regarding your actor's participation in the production.
- Forms: Fill out emergency, volunteer, and payment forms
- Cast/Crew Subsite. Receive details on how to access the all-important Cast/Crew subsite to this website.
