Nicole Haake

Nicole is originally from England and has a Liberal Arts Degree earned as an adult learner from the University of Cincinnati. She is married with two children and a granddaughter.

Nicole has always had a love for art and is mostly self-taught, except for a few classes in college and a wonderful art mentor who helped her find her style and improve her skills.

Nicole wondered about creating beyond the canvas on sets, as when attending the theater this was often a lot of her focus. A local group, Prism Community Players (formerly Lumos Players) gave her a chance several years ago and has she has never looked back!  Nicole joined Acting Up as Artistic Painter starting with the show Beetlejuice Jr.

Nicole now spreads her wings further, adding the role of Assistant Producer and learning more about the wonders and inner workings of theater. She loves watching a show come together with such talented casts and amazing creative and production teams, which she finds incredibly rewarding.
