Debbie Meyer

Debbie has been involved with Acting Up since 2006. With two highly active Acting Up children, she tries to stay active with the group herself, serving as a director, assistant director, vocal director, publicity writer, grant writer, or stage manager – a role that has earned her several ACT Awards for Excellence. She is a proud native of Vine Grove, Kentucky – she’s sure you’ve heard of it – and graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in English and her J.D. (Go Wildcats!).

​ When not working with this group of fantastic kids, she loves to fill her free time reading, writing, or baking… just about anything. During the day, Debbie works at LexisNexis as a Global Content & Project Specialist.
