FAQs - Website / Forms
I know the information on a subject webpage has changed (e.g., someone told me), but the new text/info is not showing up on my computer screen. How do I view the updated webpage?
The old files / images may be cached in your browser's memory (i.e., saved, so your computer can save time and resources by not downloading what it presumes to be the same files over and over again). First, try merely "refreshing" your screen, to see if your computer will re-download the webpage (with its new content). If this doesn't work, you may need to empty the browser's cache. |
Why am I having trouble seeing/downloading documents (e.g., the Audition Form, Patron Form, etc.) from the website?
These documents are typically in .pdf format. You need to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view .pdf documents. This program is free and can be downloaded by clicking here: Adobe Reader - free download. |
Why won't the email links work for me?
The e-mail links on this website work with (at least) Microsoft Outlook and Mac Mail. If you use a different e-mail program, you may experience trouble. If you are having trouble with the e-mail links, merely open up your usual e-mail program and enter the following address to send your message: [email protected] |
