Important Message to All Who Auditioned

​Thank you for auditioning! You should all be proud that you were able to stand in front of a group of strangers and perform.  It is not an easy thing to do, but you all did it and we continue to be impressed with the talent.  We're going to have a ton of fun not only performing, but rehearsing this show. You'll make new friends; and you'll allow others who may be directing future shows to get to know you and see what you can do.  Whether you realize it or not, every show is an "audition" for future shows. We're very excited about this cast, and can't wait to get started!

Confirm Acceptance of Your Role

See below for the list of cast members. The songs that you will be singing will be announced by 11/22. Please confirm whether you accept or decline your role by e-mailing us by 11/27 at: ActingUp@ActingUp.com
 
It is important that you provide the following information in your e-mail:
  • Subject. Subject header: "Cast List Confirmation".
  • Name. Your name.
  • Accept/Decline. Whether you "accept" or "decline.” The list of songs that you will be singing will be distributed in the next week or so.
  • Approval. Please provide your approval that your phone # and e-mail (from the database) can be included in a cast directory that will be provided to all cast members and the Production Team. For example, "You may include my phone # and e-mail in the cast directory."

Performances

We will have 3 evening performances: Thursday, Feb 8; Friday, Feb 9; and Saturday, Feb 10.

Conflicts

All cast members must submit all conflicts between Dec 4-Feb 10 ASAP since they were due at auditions. Please make sure that all of your conflicts are listed in the database (ActingUpDB.com) both definite and possible conflicts. Make sure that all choir concerts, vacations, etc. are listed. We do not plan on having rehearsals, Dec 20-Jan 2. Rehearsals could be Mon- Thurs 6:30-9:00 and Sundays 1-5, from Dec 4. You will not be called for all of these rehearsals, but we hope to schedule around any absences as much as possible.

First Rehearsal & First Parent Meeting

​When: Mon, Dec 4 at 6:30 pm
Attendees: All cast members and at least one parent
Where: Acting Up, 108 E. Church Street, Mason
Purpose: 
  • First full cast rehearsal and Meet and Greet
  • Receive Info. Receive important information regarding your actor's participation in the production.
  • Forms. Fill out emergency forms
  • Cast/Crew Subsite. Receive details on how to access the all-important Cast/Crew Subsite to this website.
